No Shipping involved. You only need an email and a SF2 Player.

Just Order and Pay for the Soundfont Banks you want. My PayPal account takes all major CC, as well as PayPal transfers.

Usually within 2 hours of your Order you will receive a link to download the .SF2 files to use as you need.
And... Please, no sharing files with your friends. These files are cheap and easy enough for any one to buy.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
No returns once the SF2 file is emailed. I can continue to email to various emails a few times, but you can use the instruments immediately once loaded in your SF2 Player.

Do you refund?
Not really. Only on extreme cases that I haven't come across yet. If your SF2 Player is having issues, I can direct you to free SF2 Players online you can use that are SoundFont2 compliant and I have tested.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Once I email the link to you, you have received the product and no returns (because I'm assuming you're using it fine).

For any TECHNICAL ISSUES, like lost or never received email or SF2 file not working:

I will resend the same SF2 files that you order, but after I test the problem SF2 file. Also, please email me with what you are opening the SF2 Preset/Instrument in (Cubase/Ableton, what SF2 Player?).
